I have spent my adult life in middle management, of distribution centers (warehouses) in the Memphis TN area.

If you do not know this area of the world has a small DC for nearly every major brand you can think of,
everybody from Nike to Amazon, but more important than that are the hundreds of smaller DC's and 3PL's that drive our national supply chain, through transporting retailers products and orders throughout our country.

When you order something from Macy's for example there are many times that your product is actually being shipped from a third party logistics provider, (3PL), who in most cases has your inventory strategic "evened" out regionally.

This particular set of the labor force that are the actual employees on a ground level and are driven completely by warehouse employees who are paid hourly usually in the 15-20$ an hour range. These are the last of a dying breed!!!

The high turnover % has forced companies hands and the A.I. is already high voltage see below.

Instead of training these current employees in the maintaining of these robotics most companies are just phasing out for more skilled labor. This is a travesty and we will not stand for it.

The turnover in these hourly positions is at an epidemic level with at some centers a go through of 10-15 people a week. Some if not all barely make it 90 days in the facility.

These walk ins-outs, are essentially paid the exact same as folks who have actually stayed and worked.

It is time we reward these workers in one of our most critical areas of our national supply chain. We believe we have that solution, please check us out here
