Hello everyone before I introduce myself @masrull this is my first post in this community and I hope to continue working in this community.
This time I tried to enter a contest about Green Business Ideas from @harferr in this community. The first thing we know is that at this time we feel together how the conditions of global warming are already very extraordinary where our daily situation feels very hot lately.
The Green Business Idea that I will discuss this time may be more about Compost fertilizer which will be related to good, fertile and quality crop yields.
Compost fertilizere
Basically, compost itself is one of the fertilizers that we often use in our homes. Compost is not only in the form of animal manure, but can also be in the form of leather or rotting vegetables. Making compost is very simple.
The first step
- Prepare leftover food to be processed into fertilizer
- Prepare a container with a large size and also has a lid
- Eating leftovers in containers
- Put the soil into the container according to the amount of leftover food and also the size of the container
- Then flush the soil surface with enough water
- Then you can add charcoal or rice husk into the container
- Make sure the thickness of the soil is the same as the thickness of the rest of the food
- Then close the container tightly and leave for three weeks
The results of compost can be used to grow plants, both in small and large quantities, such as for growing vegetables at home, it seems that compost can be a solution for plants at home without the need for the use of other chemicals.
Some of the plants above are the result of what I planted in my yard using compost which has produced good results for daily consumption.
Organic fertilizer
Furthermore, there is organic fertilizer where basically organic fertilizer is almost the same as compost, but the organic fertilizer itself is not mixed with food waste but only animal manure.Fertilizer from animal manure is often used today by housewives and also farmers, many of whom choose this fertilizer to be fertilizer for their plants.
The use of fertilizer from animal manure is basically very easy, just spread it directly around the plants, but can also be buried in the soil around the plant roots.
In the area where I live, animal manure is usually mixed with soil and rice husk, both rice husks that have been burned and rice husks that have not been burned, then they can be used directly for planting, as I did using animal manure to plant flowers.
Product sale
In terms of sales, the two fertilizers above have relatively high purchasing power from the public, especially from urban communities where those who do not have a large garden or yard will use containers to grow their plants and the two fertilizers above are the most common fertilizers used.
