Erratic weather conditions that sometimes rain accompanied by the scorching sun for several days made my health slightly decreased or disturbed, especially throat problems followed by coughing which is usually called influenza. For that, I tried to stop at a supermarket located in a housing complex owned by a National company in the city where we lived, namely the Pupuk Iskandar Muda Housing.
I want to buy refreshments or other ingredients that are useful for increasing stamina, which may need supplements. For that honey is an item that I want to buy, I choose packaged honey so I can easily carry it, which of course is not much different in quality from forest honey sold by collectors in the area where I live.
This supermarket is located not far from the housing where I live so I can easily reach it to buy other needed items, besides this supermarket is a supermarket which is not far from the office where my wife works, so previously I was very easy to reach supermarkets that in this national vital company employee housing complex.
Choose some drinks that can improve the quality of health such as honey, throat freshener or olive oil which can also be used as a substitute for butter when making fried rice.

Cooking oil
Cooking oil is currently one of the most scarce items, so this supermarket asks buyers to buy one pack of mine, either two kilograms or other sizes. Because some time ago there was a massive purchase by housewives both in the complex and around it.
Of course, after the goods we buy, we have to make a transaction at the cashier located at the front of the supermarket, and I have to pay one hundred and eleven thousand rupiah for the eleven items I bought or the equivalent 1,8255035676260263 SBD or 25.25 Steem.
Shopping receipts
When I got home, I checked whether the items I had bought were appropriate, because if I checked at the supermarket it was impossible for me to do this, this was because there were many visitors who were in front of the cashier with unfit body conditions.
Checking groceries
Because the items we buy don't match, we complain before twenty-four hours, this is indeed very rare in this supermarket. After making sure all the things I bought were appropriate and of course I immediately consumed honey and a throat freshener solution.
