Hello everyone, welcome to my publication. I hope we are all doing well. I would like to thank @f2i5 for this contest about culinary snacks. Some people enjoy good snacks, while some avoid it for the fear of the calories in it. In Nigeria, majority like good snacks.
There are a lot of culinary snacks that exist in my city, I will list few of it. We have: peanuts, buns, egg rolls, popcorn, puff puff, akara, doughnut, etc. I get excited about this post because I get to do most of these snacks for consumption in small and large quantity.
This is buns
This is buns and egg roll
This buns and egg roll are yummy snack that is enjoyed by alot of Nigerians. It is mouth filling and then it is sometimes taken with soft drink like Fanta, Coca-Cola, sprite, malt, etc. It is usually satisfactory when taken from 2 - 3 pieces and above. The difference is that the egg roll carries egg (full/half) inside it. The buns is 50ngn which is 0.4steem, while the egg roll is 100ngn which is 0.9steem.
This is doughnut
This mouth watery snack is eaten alot in this side of the world. It is so yummy and also requires a soft drink to wash it down your throat. The price is 50ngn for 1 which is 0.4steem.
Let me show how I do this, I usually use a machine to mix the ingredients so it can come out so smooth for cutting.

The main ingredients used for these culinary snacks are:
All purpose flour

Yeast for doughnut
Nutmeg for flavour
Milk powder
Milk flavour.
The all purpose flour, I usually purchase in half a bag, which is 15,000ngn( fifteen thousand naira) which is 141steem. I get my eggs in crate at 2,500ngn(two thousand five hundred naira) which is 24steem. I buy butter in kilos, a kilo is 800ngn(eight hundred naira) is 7.5steem.
Salt a small size is 80naira(eighty naira) is 0.7steem. Sugar a kilogram is 1600(one thousand six hundred naira) is 15steem. Milk flavour is 800ngn(eight hundred naira) for 20pieces is 7.5steem.
