Happy new year 🎊 great entrepreneur, it's amazing to have you all back into the new year and I hope you are fully prepared for business adventure in this new year? I'm ready back with full speed to venture into business that will yield tangible results.

Being a new year,we don't need to sit 🪑 idle and watch I think being purpose driven should be our core expectations being that we have spend so much during the festive season and much money is needed this new year to settle bills.
Here's how I started this year supervising business for my brother ; Early morning I woke up very early knowing that I already had plans to mould blocks and I had contacted the boys who will operate the machine and also mix the cement and sand,so we need to mould 6 inches blocks and the materials required were;
• Cement 11 bags
• Sharp Sand 1 trip
•Machine Operator (1)
• mixer (1)
• Carrier (2)

Details of the work

Here's the first step in blocks moulding, mixing Sand and cement,the person who is incharge will measure the right proportion of sand to cement so that it will be equal amount and make the blocks which is going to be produce to be of good quality. After mixing, the second step is to put the properly mixed sand and cement into the vibrator to mould blocks using parlet as seen in left side picture, after moulding the blocks with the help of operator, parlet and vibrating machine the next Job is for the carrier to carry it and display it on the Sun ☀️ for proper drying before stalking

After moulding and taking stock to ascertain whether they have produce the appropriate numbers of blocks for each bag of cement I now pay them off for the day since is daily pay,the usually collect 1,400 naira per bag of cement about 5.4 Steem depending on the current market price which might be lesser.

It was a successful new year business beginning which I aim to do even more has I begin this year.
