I considered this homemade Palm Cake has the potential to developed into a business.

Making Process
Step- I
First take a midium size palm fruit and peel off. The processs of making juice is quite hard. The seed of palm fruit is comparatively large. For extract the juice I use your hand and press the fruit.
Step- II
Now take a cup of fresh juice. The colour of this juice is very attractive. Put the thick juice in a bowl and add ingredients one by one. First I add white flour. Here I take one cup of white flour and mixed it with the juice.
Step- III
Now take half cup of flour and mixed with privious ingredients.
Then add sugar. I use more then half cup of sugar. Adding sugar amount depends on you. My family members prefer less sugar so I have taken less amount of sugar here. Those who like sweet foods can increase the amount of sugar. A cup of sugar will make it sweeter.
In this step I will add a small amount of salt. Many people don't want to add salt but in my opinion it tastes better.
I used a small amount of baking powder in this step. Using this ingredient will make my cake puffy. You can use baking soda instead of baking powder if you want.
In this step I will mix all the ingredients together. After mixing all the ingredients the mixture will have a very nice color. This mixture will be very thick.
In this step, I will use the last ingredient. Palm cake requires a light liquid mixture and not a thick mixture so I use half a cup of water for make the mixture less thick.
Now heat a frying pan lightly in an oven and pour oil in it. Wait until the oil is hot. When the oil is hot, I make small balls of the palm juice mixture with my hands and drop them into the oil. Several cakes can be fried at once in the oil of the pan. After the cakes turn brown, I will turn off the oven.
Now place the cakes on a tissue so that excess oil can be absorbed by the tissue. Finally enjoy the cake with all.
- These cakes are very healthy compered to other fried foods.
- Home made foods are now-a-days preffered by all because people are health concern now.
- Making this cake is not that much easy so I think customers will prefer buying rather then making.
- It can be made with any seasonal fruit juice, so it can be made cheaply.

Palm cake is actually a good recipe although I never knew how or the process taken to prepare it, I have now known a detailed process on how to prepare this recipe. It also looks appropriate for a culinary Business and with your explanation I have seen that it has the potential to be developed into business.
