"Self love: The way to great productivity"

Do you know you can't effectively learn how to love others when you have not developed love for yourself?

What is "self love?" explain in your opinion?

In my opinion, to understand what self love is, then one needs to know what love is.

Love is an affection, attention and care giving or received. Love goes beyond words and lands on actions.

Self love is indulging ones self to care and give attention to the needs of oneself. For example I can self love myself by doing the things that I would not ordinary do to my self like go for a body massage, take my self on a vacation.

I can love my self by also making my self a person of value through gaining knowledge and problem solving. Whenever you solve the problems of people, value is added to you.

Loving myself is acknowledging that I am beautiful, I am enough and I can do just whatever I set my heart to do. Self love also includes seeing oneself the way I should view myself.

I love myself by constantly speaking positive words to myself and thinking the right things always. Taking care of my self is self love. Bath regularly, make my hair, get new clothes , bags and shoes when a needed , feed well and do exercises daily.

Yes I have done an activity related to self love. From time time I try as much as possible to create time for self love activities.

Recently, one of the self love activities I did was to travel alone just to take care of myself. Before then I was so busy with so much work that I didn't even have time to have enough sleep or feed well.

On this trip, I didn't even tell a lot of people where I was traveling to, I just decided that morning to travel. I got to my destination, locked myself up in the room for a while day and slept.

When I woke up, I ate some sumptuous meal that is balanced. The next day I went to a nearby salon to fix my self up. All I did on that trip was love myself.

Each of the days when I woke up, I look at myself on the mirror and tell my self that I deceived this good treatment. I told myself am beautiful and I deserve the best life.

It was a great experience because I spent 5 days on that trip and cam back to my location fresh, nourished and full of life.

Is self love important or not? Why?

Oh yes self love is very important. From my opening speech I mentioned that if you don't know how to love yourselves well there is no way you can love others well.

Self love creates an avenue for confidence and even boost it where necessary. There is this kind of of confidence you get each time you love yourself. Just like me going on that trip when I came home I felt on top of the world.

Self love boost growth and increases the productivity of a person. Self love is an amazing way to re boot.

Self love is helps us deal with stress and relax for a the day. Such self love includes swimming, going to the movies, etc.
