I hope you’re all doing great by the grace of Allah. Yesterday night I went to the pharmacy shop to buy some medicine for my mom. At night this shop is closed. I wait almost 10 minutes, then I get the medicine.

1st, I was just bored with why he was late to give this medicine. Then I released only one seller to handle the whole pharmacy shop.

Also, I noticed they added SMC different flavor juices, added lip jelly, and introduced other relevant product lines.

A product line refers to an array of related products under the same brand. In other words, a product line is a collection of similar products that are sold to customers.

Benefits of the product line

Target new customers:

Suppose, for the last 3 years, the pharmacy owner sold only medicine. And in last few months, they want to introduce a new product line in their shop to target the new customers in his area.

who purchase the medicine and see this shop has the juice items and the consumer purchases this juice from another shop, definitely they purchase this juice from here. It increases the sales volume.

Build brand reputation:

Not only multinational companies can build a brand reputation, but also small companies can build a brand reputation for providing necessary services and also providing quality products. So if any shop owner regularly interacts with customers and satisfies their needs, it's easy for them to build a brand reputation.
