Contest: Everything about your work

Assalamu Alaikum. Hello, Steam Entrepreneur Community! I hope everyone is well, by God's grace. Alhamdulillah, I am fine, by the infinite mercy of Allah. The Steementrepreneur community has come to us with a wonderful contest. The main theme of the contest is Everything About Your Work. I really like the topic of the contest, and I am very happy to enter this contest. Because at the end of the day, I am a working man, and I work in a garment factory. I am trying to write this whole blog from my experience, and I hope you enjoy it.

My career started

The year is July 2018. After passing the intermediate exam, I came to Dhaka to live with my parents. My parents moved to Dhaka in 2017 to solve the family's financial problems. But I couldn't come to Dhaka due to my exam, and finally, after completing the exam, I moved to Dhaka to get a job.

After coming to Dhaka, I first went to a garment factory but was not accepted because of my young age. Finally, after a week, I got a job at TNZ Group Limited under Apparel Plus Econ Limited, and from there, my career started.

Difficulty in the first state

New environment, new factory, and new everyone I had a hard time getting to know everyone in the new situation and adjusting myself to the new place.

Especially when I was new, I was scolded a lot for not understanding a job very well. But I made their stupidity the inspiration for my life, and I continued the activity. Finally, after about three months, I was able to define my goals and understand all the tasks, and then I was self-sufficient.

My first job offer

While employed, I was given an offer to hire a supervisor from the company. But the supervisors have to suffer a lot because of the excessive work load in the garment factories. But I lost my supervisor's chance first, and I turned down this wonderful offer.

Friendly behavior with everyone

I was loved by everyone. In particular, I treated everyone well and did not protest against anyone who treated me badly. Eventually, the bad user would come to me and admit the mistake. I was basically friendly to everyone and had a good reputation in every sector of the office.

I used to continue my work constantly, keeping the office quality and work production in order. Never acted with malice in mind and never went beyond their word. I worked as per the guidelines given to me by the production manager of the office, and inshallah, I always achieved success.
A sudden touch of passion

I was forced to work as a garment worker. However, I returned home after work at night when the staff was there and went back to the office the next morning. Early in the morning, after going to work, the production manager of my office scolded me a lot for work. could not look after my employees well, and the factory suffered huge losses due to this.
. And because of that, I gave an exemption to Anurag's head that day, and I left the job.

My current location

I am currently working in a green factory. However, working here requires me to work hard, maintain a high standard of production, and work every day.

I am now honest and hardworking. But if I had maintained this integrity and put in the same hard work at TN Z Group Ltd., then who is stopping me from progressing today?

But only because I neglected office work could I improve myself today. Even now, it's been six days since I lost my job.

As an experienced garment worker, I would like to inform you that no work should ever be neglected. Because any negligence prevents people from rising . Think you are a garment worker or work somewhere, and you are very arrogant while working there. You think you know a lot, and everyone respects you a lot.
But that doesn't mean you should look down on everyone and neglect factory jobs. Of course, if you are a proper person, then you should not neglect tasks and treat everyone well. Because a man can improve his life only through good behavior and himself can improve himself through doing the right thing.

One should never be self-conceited.
