Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W6 : Hard Work or Smart Work ?

Hard work and smart work is one of the interesting themes to discuss. Both approaches have their own advantages and complement each other. But not infrequently, we are often faced with the question whether it is more important to work hard or work smart. But actually, both have an important role in achieving our goals of success. Steemit Engagement Challenge, in the last week of the contest, we invite potential contestants to share their thoughts on the importance of hard work and smart work, and their application to the contestants' work activities.

In order to participate in this contest, we expect each entrant to include the following statement in their entry. It is important to remember that participants are allowed to look up as many references as possible, but the writing must use self-generated language to avoid plagiarism or misuse of artificial intelligence.

• Explain the difference between hard work and smart work according to your understanding?
• Hard work and smart work, which do you think is better for boosting productivity?
• Do you apply both in your work activities or not? Explain case examples.
• Finally, we would like you to write words of thanks as a tribute to the Steemit Team for their work in steem growth so far.

Contestants are given the freedom to write in their own language format and style without having to answer the above statement like an answer. We strongly recommend that the statements above can be summarized in an interesting and quality article/entry.

• Entries must be 300 words or more.
• Add photos preferably your own or you can use photos with a common license.
• Be creative! Presenting free content that is plagiarized and created by AI or other cheats is automatically disqualified.

• Use the following as one of your primary tags #steementrepreneurs-s9w6 #creativewriting #steemexclusive and hashtag your country's name.
• All entries must be #steemexclusive and posted only in Steem Entrepreneurs Community.

• Please comment on at least 5 contest entries. And respond responsibly to every comment on your entry
• Mention at least 3 of your friends and share your contest entry link in the comments column of this post.
