INTRODUCTION

Hello great Entrepreneurs, I am glad to welcome you again to my blog this week, and I can assure you that I have something very reasonable to share. please do well to enjoy my little thoughts and experience, perhaps, that could help you do well in your business.

Let’s say you have successfully taken your new business from the first stage which is the idea and planning stage to the first stage which is the implementation stage. Now you have your product or service featured in the market, and you also have some customers, maybe some partners and even an investor, you are now popular in the market. What should be next? It is now time to move the business to the next stage to make it big – perhaps, hundreds, thousands of customers, thousands of steem in revenue, a larger team, maybe more investors, and so on.

You need to have in mind that there is no backing of how long the start-up stage would or should last, that means It can be a year, two years, three years, or even more than that. When it is time to move on to the next stage which is the growth stage, it would be quite obvious to everyone.
In other to make a good and successful entrepreneur, I’ll indulge you to consider these few points which I will share, trust me, these few opinions would help you to grow your business from the starting stage to become a successful entrepreneur.
And by the way, I am also sharing parts of my experience, which means, I have done 99% of what I want to share now.

SALES

Frankly speaking, if you really want to grow your business as an entrepreneur from hundred or hundreds of thousands into millions perse, you need to work on sales. Get more customers on board, this might be a little bit challenging, but nothing is impossible here, one of the means I used to achieve this was my social media handles, you can try that too, perhaps you could use the steemit platform, I will say, it is a large field for marketing as well. Most of my graphics jobs, get it here. You can do the same with your sales. Increase your market share, expand into some new areas perhaps, and generally grow sales. The secret is that, as time goes on you will need the skills to accomplish all of these at the initial or growth stage.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is very important as an entrepreneur. As you meet and gain new customers, you really need to develop a customer service custom that will keep your customers very close to you. And you need to have at the back of your mind that there is going to be a constant competition with other entrepreneurs upping their game to give folks as much or even more than you do, that is certain, bear that in mind. This may require you to upgrade your solution to keep up the custom. And note that If you can keep your customers happy and satisfied with your service, trust me, they will become your promoters without being paid. This is one of the secrets of how I got some graphic design jobs. Many good satisfied customers refer other new ones to me.

TEAM BUILDING AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

You know, at the onset, it was just you alone, but as time goes on depending on how your business grows, you may likely be working with a larger team than you did at the beginning. Depending on your model, sometimes this may be completely remote, physical, or a hybrid of both. And It will take more from you to manage a team of 100 people than it did to manage a team of 10.

Just remember that one person may not have all the skills but in some cases they do. You may be good at building and working very well with a team of 10 people, but not a team of 100 understand the difference.
But I will advise that you should create a sense of mission that brings all of them together. A lot at this stage will depend on the way you built with a smaller group. How you develop and treat your team members is very important.
There are other skills you will need as you gradually grow your business from the first stage which is the idea/planning down to the launch stage in other to become a successful business owner.

Things like resource management, risk management,e.t.c. For most of them, you may have team members who have that expertise, but when it comes to sales and people management, you have to be directly involved. And it is very important that you know what is going on with your sales group or team at every given point. The reason is that if there are no sales, the business will pause or hang, in some worse cases, it goes nowhere.

CONCLUSION

A successful Entrepreneur needs to apply the above points in other to grow in his or her business. And may I bring to your notice that I have practiced the above points and it worked out for me.
