• Hotness of the food A street food vendor prepares a delicacy and keeps it in a container that can maintain heat for a long time so that it will maintain its hotness for its customer because the presentation of your business determines the profitable outcome of your income

• Always available in this street vendor most of the sellers are always available for their customers is not a type of business that you come today and close tomorrow is the type of business that you make available so that a customer will not be disappointed

Most people who sell food of high quality are people who sell food in the building or set aside restaurants with the well organized and high-quality accessible material

Even though the food vendor sells at a low price but has a quality meal to deliver, it may not be in much quantity, but it is quality and delicious to deliver, and that is what keeps their customers coming for more.

We are African and we have this specified food that will eat in the morning every one of their customers has their needs and demands some parents couldn't meet their timetable and have to buy at the quick nearby vendor

  Some vendors display of their food as cooked rice, some parents take their children to school early in the morning, and those that go to work feed on this meal before heading to work.

• Akara, yam,
  some of the vendors on the street fry Akara, yam, and potato with a sauce that suits this frying item some people have it with tea to hold on to for the meantime before lunch because they are easy to make and are always hot

• Moi-Moi
  Moi-moi is made with beans which is very proteinous and people patronize it a lot especially Young people who go to hard labor their work side is mostly that vendors walk around the streets carrying the food available to those places site of work

  Swallow is mainly at lunchtime some people eat at the vendor Street Foods a lunchtime because they can't Cook from home and that is why the street vendors are always available at their service

• Banana Orange and watermelon we have some that are based on fruits, at the street you find people that love eating fruits early in the morning before eating their meal

In setting up a street food business it requires a small capital depending on the nature of the business you are embarking on with a little capital I can be able to set up my street food business and with time I will be saving from the profit I make and expand the business as Time goes on but at a time consideration of a low budget is very good for a street food vendor
