Hi steemians,
I'm @wasa2020
From Nigeria.
Today, I want to participate in the steemit engagement challenge for week 6. It has been a busy day for me since I had other activities to attend to. Today I will be sharing on the contest titled "Hard Work or Smart Work ?.

As required by the contest, I want to invite @cephasmbah, @vickyson, and @ruthjoe to also be a part of this contest in the community. Thank you all for reading through my publication even as I try to answer the questions.

Explain the difference between hard work and smart work according to your understanding?

I have a very brief description of both words and I will be sharing it with us today. In my opinion, hard work has to do with manual work that requires your strength or effort whereas smart work is work that requires your brain with less strength to carry it out.

So the difference between both is that hard work needs your power or strength to perform the work but smart work is work that requires your brain to be able to carry it out effectively.

Hard work and smart work, which do you think is better for boosting productivity?

I believe smart work is the best for boosting productivity because when you see those who are educated doing things they profile more solutions to different problems and thereby become more productive in their work.

When you do smart work, you will need not to use your strength to perform the task instead you will need much brainstorming to perform the task. After much thinking, a better solution will come to make work more productive.

Do you apply both in your work activities or not? Explain case examples.

I know that when you apply both hard work and smart work on a task, a better solution or productivity will be the answer. I have also applied both in my life to obtain better results.

In my studies, I try to apply hard work and smart work. In a case scenario where the teacher will emphasize a particular part of the course, I take note of it which is working smart and then also working hard by attending lectures and doing all the assignment tasks.

Finally, we would like you to write words of thanks as a tribute to the Steemit Team for their work in steem growth so far.

Thank you steemit team for your continuous support and the different initiative you have brought which has kept this platform going. Since I joined, it's been exciting moments with the challenge and other contests.
