Hello Campus Connect Family,

Today, in this content I will teach you how to prepare CHIN CHIN and SOYABEAN at home for Commercial consumption! if you're ready to go down with me, let's dive in...

HOW TO PREPARE CHIN CHIN

Materials Needed:

  1. 2 Cups of flour
  2. 1 teaspoon of salt
  3. ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  4. 2 tablespoon of sugar
  5. 2 tablespoon of groundnut oil (per-heated or margarine).
  6. 3 tablespoon of milk
  7. 1 large fresh egg
  8. 1 level tablespoon of baking powder
  9. chop board


METHOD
1. mix flour, salt, baking and nutmeg together
  1. beat the egg and sugar together

  2. mix in the flour to a fairly stiff dough

  3. then turn into a floured pastry board and knead until smooth, then roll lightly to 1cm thickness and cut into finger length strip and into different shapes into attractive knots

  4. and then fry in deep oil until it turns light brownish in colour.

HOW TO PREPARE SOYABEAN
Materials Needed:
  1. Soyabean seed (5 cups)

  2. Milk flavour (dried)

  3. Vanilla flavour (dried)

METHOD

  1. Parboil the soyabean and wash off the back

  2. Then dry it under the sun and let it dry properly

  3. Then fry it on the oven or stove to dry very well in brown colour

  4. Then ground it very smooth and filter it

  5. Then add milk and vanilla flavour

  6. Package for used or sale.
