Posture is the simple processor sitting, standing and walking. Posture is principally controlled by the part of the brain called the cerebellum. It is important in our day to day activities. It is important to note that a good posture helps the health provides a state of well being to the body.
BAD POSTURE AND HEALTH IMPLICATION
The postural balance is really important because if you have a bad postural habit it could turn out to be a great issue. I know friends who always walk hunch, while they where younger today the posture has become habitual and he cannot change the process. These are really important informations we should know and put in practice.

SITTING POSTURE AND HEALTH
It has been medically proven that prolonged sitting has lots of disadvantage to the human health. It is basically known that prolonged sitting could lead to various health conditions.
Sitting at a place for more than 3 hours could lead to poor blood circulation and thus conditions such as stroke, arthritis just to mention but a few.
Prolonged sitting could also lead to condition of muscular atrophy where a particular muscle stops receiving impulses and blood supply thus becoming pale, stale and rigid.

These are conditions proven and I would love to share these with the general public to enable them stay safe from these chronic conditions. Sharing healthy tips to enable people survive from several health complications is top priority to me. These I have decided as a commitment this 2nd half of the year on the steemit.
GOOD POSTURAL ACTIVITIES
- Try moving about from time to time avoid sitting at a place for a prolonged time to enable good health and vitality.

Mrs. Olu the managing director of a big organization stays in her office but her telephone and documents are far away from her. Her documents stay on a shelf and her telephone close to the wall when she wants to make a call, she stands and walks causing blood circulation around.

Exercise cannot be under estimated. Perform exercises from time to time to stay fit and healthy. Try exercise therapy and yoga too. Meditation at least twice a day is also a vital tool to keeping fit and healthy too.
Eating good fruits should be carried out by individuals. Good fruits are blood tonic building the immune system and replenishing the body soldiers the white blood cells in the body. Eat healthy and live healthy.

- Always sit upright avoid using seats that could would cause cramps on the waist. Try using seats which would cushion and balance the back and erect the back stretching the back muscles to keep a good seating posture.
