A mango kept in the freezer won’t ripen

she said that an unripen mango will never ripen in the fridge. They can’t ripen in cold temperatures but rather room temperature.And I too noticed if it ain’t ripen I just fold it and keep it in my drawer. Also works for pear.

Good for the skin and eyes

mango is very good for the skin due to the presence of beta carotene. From my research I found out that beta carotene is what gives plant their color.in the body beta carotene converts into vitamin A and helps in the eye and skin.
