My Achievements and Failure in the first half of 2022.
2022 is still a long year ahead, in my own ordeal time, I believe I have yet achieved a lot of things personally, My achievement is such as
- Becoming a brand partner in the Oriflame skin care, which has made me happy a lot, despite that, I have not been earning too much from it yet, I believe it's still a great development for me as it gives me the motive of earning, and also getting some amount of stakes at the end of the month.
From the image above is a picture of me holding the skincare routine, there are as well lots of cream types for different facial routines, I connect with outsiders needing my product, and I waybill to as long to every part of the country, its a start of a good thing for me personally.
- Learning Baking - My school is currently on strike, so there is no better way to utilize the time other than to make use of it wisely, so as at April 2021, I enrolled myself in a catering program where I learn a series of food menu, and I could boast of having improved greatly in it.
The image I took when I learn my first Baking Bread, is a great concept to behold, I love the experience that comes with it as baking and cooking has always been something I enjoy and I never found it too much hard work, I cook for fun, so when I noticed I haven't been doing much with my time, then I decided to enroll in a catering academy instead which has been nice and inspiring so far.
My Expectations for the Second Half.
My expectation for the second half is not that much, I hope and wish that I would have been better through my programmed both the catering and Oriflame.
By half of the second half of 2022, I wish to be a brand manager of the oriflamme program, which is achievable by the number of times I took orders, I am still facing some restrictions for now, but I hope by the second half of 2022, I would have overcome the difficulties and truly get the expectation I deserved.
By the Second half of 2022, I also wish to have done so well in my catering program, though I have started taking orders now, where people pay me to bake for them and make the likes of small chops, meat pie, and other, before the end of 2022, I wish to have developed greatly in it and have more experience to be taking big orders instead.
What will you do in the second half to make things work well.
To make things work well, I believe what is needed to be done is to work hard and be consistent, consistency always pays, soo I believe if I didn't give up on it, am going to see a positive result.
To make things better for my Oriflame, I believe I need to expand and have more people patronizing me, to do this, I have decided to reach out to some advertisement program, pay for the adverts, so in this case, others get to come to me for the purchase of their skincare, and I believe by doing so consistently, I would get to a point where I am looking up to.
For my catering to work better, I believe I could enroll in some restaurants and start baking for them as well, this might be a part-time job where I could just be taking their orders, then gradually by doing so, I get to expand and many people get to know about my catering business as well.
Conclusion
