I want to add that light therapy can be very helpful for insomnia, especially in winter when there is not enough sunlight. I suffered from poor sleep for a long time until I tried light therapy, if you are interested, see the official site for luminette. Since then, my health has improved significantly and I began to fall asleep more easily. A morning session with bright light helps the body adapt to the natural cycle of day and night, even if it's dark outside.
