Preface

The methods I'm about to mention below are really what I intend on doing inorder to expand the steemit community. In the small time I've spent on Steemit I feel more people need to hear about this wonderful platform and more beautiful and useful talents could be born with the help of this platform and committed individuals.

How I Intend to Expand theSteemit Community in my Campus

The world today is steadily becoming more and more digitalized and teenagers and young minds alike would love to follow the trend. Everyone nowadays makes use of cellphones and other computerized gadgets which have social media platforms installed on them.

I would publicize some ads and some write-ups about steemit on social media platforms (instagram, telegram, line etc), make some really attractive posters about it and paste them in the most popular places in my campus. I would title it PROJECT STEEM. You just can't resist looking at a really attractive poster most especially when it talks about how to use your talent to make money. On the posters and social media ads I would set up a date for sensitization and organize a day so I can give interested member a seminar about Steemit. I would book an arena, make provisions for projectors, WiFi, microphone and speakers.

In preparation for the big day inorder to increase my target audience I would need to meet up with really influencial promoters and hypemen, come to an agreement and get them to advertise my PROJECT STEEM seminar so as to increase the turn out on that day. I would also create a social media group ( WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, line etc) for interested members

The Big Day for PROJECT STEEM,✨✨

If there is one thing I've learnt in the University, it's the fact that people don't really like seminars because they are long and we as students have other important things to do. It would be an hour and forty-five minutes long, really productive and simple to understand.

Most humans tend to see before believing but that won't be a problem for me as I would come prepared with alot of video evidence of people who steemit have helped both in my country and elsewhere.
In the seminar I would talk about things like:

  • The objectives of the platform
  • Things that can be posted on Steemit
  • How to register on Steemit
  • Importance of the keys and addresses
  • Avoiding Plagiarism
  • The need to stay consistent among others.

At the end, I would meet with people that are interested and add them to the previously created social media groups where I can guide them and show them how things are done on Steemit. I would also guide them on how to improve and do alot of contests. As time goes on, lecturers might even pick interest and as they say "slow and steady wins the race" we would go viral and more people would be part of steemit. I for one know alot of skilled poets and talented artists that would be of great importance to the platform and have made some notable efforts to get them to be part of us from the hardwork I put into the platform.

Conclusion

If we put in more effort, work hard and stay consistent it will all pay and people will see our hardwork paying off and would want to know the root of our success so that they also can succeed. This is the best way to get committed members to join our community.

Really nice
I love how you delved into one idea and expanded your thoughts.

Very nice post

Thanks boss

You also have a great post here @swaylee,
Specially the conclusion. The saying, "seeing is believing" is not a motivational speech but a reality. People will have less or no question when you have physical prove.
