Zinc which is part of the closing of the house is one of the vital parts of a house to be inhabited. At present, the type and color of zinc has varied, as has the price of each sheet. For large urban homes, the use of certain types of zinc is very much compared to in villages. Stretching property development in various major places in urban areas causes the demand for zinc to be very high.
In this article, I want to share about a quick way to cut zinc. The zinc that can be cut in this fast way is a kind of zinc brand that has two "valley" and "mountain" waves and has a width of about 60cm and a length of up to 9 feet. For zinc brands and types other than the above I do not know whether I can use this technique or not.
Without further lengths, here's how to cut zinc quickly:
a. equipment
zinc of course
flat place like floor or board
Bat
Machete or the like
b. procedure
Place the zinc on the floor or the board provided
the position of zinc is horizontal forming a plus sign (+) to the position we stand. (remember we cut not divide).
cut or slightly injure the zinc tip about 5cm with a machete / the like by hitting the hammer on the machete.
after there is a small piece of 5cm, start pulling the zinc with the right or left hand (for the left-handed) while our feet rest on the other zinc with the direction facing the hand position that pulls the zinc.
With full strength, pull the zinc part firmly until the zinc is separated from each other.
