The increase in our self-esteem will depend on what we eliminate, that is, disappear the things that harm us and add more positive things, which are what make us bigger.
Stimuli for positive reinforcement of people
Games help us and practical activities will reinforce and help us to excel. When we turn everything to the fact that we are ready to improve, the first step for us to be happy starts from there.
How can we help each other to feel that we are what we need?
This will be a daily therapy, to help minimize, until all the negative disappears encouraging the positive.
Everyone will be asked to have:
- A cardboard box.
- Pencil.
- paper sheet.
So, the task is that, they write a negative word that they feel about themselves daily, and they discard it in the cardboard box, this will be done from Monday to Friday, and at the beginning of Monday the negative is drawn to draw the antonym of that word.
Then transforming it into:
- Happiness.
- Positive things.
- Laughter.
- Hugs.
Positive colors.
Adults and children will do the same, the drawings will be placed to expose on cardboard or a kind of art room, so that they can learn from their positive things and keep them forever.
The idea is:
- People must learn to change what they say about themselves.
- It is necessary to love each other like others.
The respect and the value begins in oneself, we must forget what others say or think, we are the ones who manage to give ourselves the greatest value.
All practices that strengthen self-esteem will be to give value to:
- What we feel.
- What makes us better.
- What we must achieve.
- They are so as not to fall into the control of other people who want to harm us.
- To demonstrate that being happy is possible.
