Washington already fears this, it is not an assumption that is made lightly, and this is how Washington expresses it, the USA fears that Russia is sharing with China, all this information about American weapons and to show a button;
because a United States Congressional committee “recognized that there are alarming levels of Russian adaptation that have undermined the effectiveness of domestically produced weapons systems,” in other words, that there is a high level of adaptation that has made the US weapons become obsolete for Russia.

Congressmen Moolenaar and krishnamoorthi have sent this letter to Jake Sullivan in which he literally says "recent reports have detailed alarming levels of adaptation that have undermined the effectiveness of several US weapons systems", these are not just old systems, they are supposed to be the top of US military technology that is already failing in the face of new Russian adaptations, these types of statements coming from a committee of the United States Congress are alarming, they raise many disturbing questions about the ability of the US military industry to adapt to these new Russian counterintelligence tactics.
Can the United States maintain its technological advantage in military matters in this new scenario, because the situation is much more complicated than what they are presenting to Jake Sullivan, because the weapons that until two years ago we thought were the most powerful in the world entire Washington and NATO were previously considered lethal, invulnerable.
