What do you do when facing emotional turbulence? 🙀

WOW! Yesterday dump in the crypto world certainly caught me by surprise. With my little savings, I was planning to buy some crypto. I was hoping some future gain will perhaps help me out with my expenses on the project of digging a well to find some fresh underground water. Now, I am just hoping that more good news will lift up the gloomy mood in crypto market. This is really a good learning process for me; patience and knowing how to handle the emotional upset.

Life is never static; things are always moving and changing. It’s just like the sea, sometimes it’s so calm and peaceful but some dark clouds swing by and bring rain storm. Looking back at the Bitcoin chart, there are so many swinging ups and swinging downs. It seems to be natural, this constant swinging, never standing still. This reflects the phase of my emotional life too. Funny how I always get the ‘right’ entry point when my mind is quiet, calm and unemotional. I see! My desire or emotion interferes with objectivity and sensitivity of my perception and decision. Whenever I make decision with calming ease, the result seems just ‘right’; there is no regret and no celebration. Just acceptance with gratitude for such a lucky incident!

I am learning a lot about myself, my mind and emotions. I always think about nice sunset to calm me down in times of difficulty; there is silver linings behind the cloud and the sunset is never the same. Life continues to amaze me each time I lose my mindfulness. Back to watching the sunset quietly and let it be.
