The contest is about a Farm Produce Market Survey.
The wasre are a lot of farm produce in the market. Some people do farm as commercial purpose,so for that matter,farm produce will always be in the market for people to buy. So my points will be on vegetables.
Vegetables are very important to living things. It gives a lot of body nutrients to humans and animals.
TOMATOES
Tomato is one of the common vegetable. It has a lycopene substance in it. It helps protect cells from damaging. Tomato has vitamin B and E. It also has potassium in it. Tomato also provide good eye side.

Looking at the price of tomato today,the price has increased compare to back in the days. The price for a full of tomato in a tin of tomato was Gh¢10 and now Gh¢15.
ONION
Onion is a also know as bulb onion or common onion. Onion cures a lot of infections. According to health specialist,onion can cure high fever, cough,cold and many more. Onion contain compound and antioxidants that fight inflammation and others.

Onion price has gone up of compare to the last couple of months.
With the above points are some of the research I did about the above mentioned vegetables. I like vegetables. In addition,the prices are not stable,they can change at anytime. And the prices does not vary , someone can be selling for a lower price while some sell at a higher price.
