Millenium Family Theme Park, Pusok Lapu-lapu City

Millenium Family Theme Park - is located at barangay Pusok, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, and anytime you can be able to come, at your ease, with no time limits. It is found under the footbridge of second Mactan island bridge connecting to Mandaue City, which is popularly known the Marcelo H. Fernan bridge. It is a public place intended to all Oponganon inhabitant and of course tourist and visitors are most welcome to come and visit the place. Where the place is near seaside which perfect for hanging-outs, perfect for family bonding, leisures for kids or else just want a sight-seeing, to do jogging, exercising or to just reflect oneself. So I'm sure there are many questions thrown up in mind, is it free? or no need to pay for the entrance and parking space?, the answer is big yes, it is only free because this is a public place, so no entrance fee and the parking area is also free with space to accomodate vehicle and motorcycles.

Its exact location is located under the footbridge of Marcelo H. Fernan bridge, the second famous bridge of Cebu, Philippines and it was built on August 1999. This bridge connected the island of Lapu-lapu City to the mainland and nearby city, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. The Marcelo H. Fernan bridge has a total length of 1,237 meters from Lapu-lapu to Mandaue and with a center span of 185 meters. And if you are on the center portion of the bridge top, you will seen the highly urbanized city of Lapu-lapu, Mandaue and Cebu, which its high rise building clearly stating it is a business capital cities.

The summer season is almost waving in the Philippines, the weather becomes a little bit colder when its in the middle of the year until the end but the rest of the month, it is really a dry season and the temperature was really hot. Which is Lapu-lapu is an island and surrounded by a large body of water, and not wondering why we spent an enough time of staying this park half of the day.

So what attractions and expectations, you can witnessed and experience in the park...

I assure childrens are really happy if they encountered this marine animal models and puppets. So since Lapu-lapu is a marine life abundant, so the city government made a fake repesentation of creatures that live in the ocean inorder to showcase one of the city's pride.

The fiber glass model of an airplane and a jet fighter, it represents that the city has a well-known airport worldwide.

Don't need to worry if quite feels a hunger in a long time staycation in the park, because there are food camp set-ups on the park, including a meals and snacks which it is much affordable.

The ambiance is really good, nice atmosphere, perfect to smell the seabreezes, the place is airy then it is beautiful to the eye and enjoyable to the senses. Its because it is near seaside then it is perfect to stay, walk and tour around the park.

During the night outside the park, the sparkling lights of resto bars that reflect into your eyes, which serves retail foods, liquors, beverages and mixed drinks, either alcoholic or non‐alcoholic.

This is the most awaited, the time to which the sun is about to set, the apparent descent of the sun below the horizon, also accompanying with an atmospheric effect.
