My Daily Exercise; A Simple Tip to be Healthy Every Day !

Today i do several daily activities. One of them is doing the sport. I always do it to make my body healthy and to avoid from the Corona Virus (Covid-19) and another viruses because many doctors say that our body should be kept healthy and fit. I exercise in Soreang, at Sukarame Street, exactly at my work place.

I always keep my muscle flexible. How i can do that?! I recommend you to do the basic exercises, such as doing "split exercise" and "jogging". If we frequently do the steps our body will move flexibly.

Nothing is impossible i should say if we have motivation to do anything we want. Obviously, i am an ex-athlete of Martial Art, that is Aa Boxer (Tarung Derajat). It is a kind of martial arts which is very popular in Indonesia. The martial art is liked and loved by various people; young people, old people,woman and etc. I always do the exercises like "split". It is very basical exercise to be able to fly on the sky as me.

I would like to motivate you that sport is a good way to create the healthy body. In several kinds of religion in the world, many verses of holy books suggest us to keep healthy our body because it is to create the strong personal life. Thanks for reading God blesses you all, aamiien.
