Just what my smokehouse wanted!
This was a good trip. Not only did it start off right, it ended well. After our concrete pour I went off on an adventure to bless one of our friends who had helped us. We had an amazing trip, and most importantly, we came home with a massive carp to smoke. Sure, we only brought one fish home, but it's quality, not quantity, and this was one nice fish.
