October Steem Graphics Month Contest Week-03 // Promo-steem Cap Design Contest by @adylinah

Greetings to you all great people of steemit network community. I am glad to share my first post in this community. To design promo-steem cap is an amazing initiative which I couldn't give blind eyes to but only to take part in the contest. @gorllara has done perfectly well in organizing this contest and my deepest gratitude to @stephenkendal for his constant support to everyone here in steemit platform. Since this contest is based on steem / steemit promotion outside steemit, I'm going to share briefly on how I want to promote steem.

How I want to promote steemit

Graphic design is one of the best way in marketing because it shows one ideas in an effective manner and most beautiful way which makes the exchange of communication more easier and also pass out information /message as well.

Here are the steps I took in designing promosteem cap;

Step 1

Firstly, I took the cap from this source

Step 2

I merged the three logos ( promo steem logo, steem logo and SK logo) together using PixelLab app.

Step 3

With the use of Photoshop software, I took the merged logos and set it at the middle of the cap.

Step 4

I cropped some part of the logo to the size that fit in the cap properly. Since promosteem was already written on the logo, there was no need in putting it on the cap.

Yeah! My work is completely done, see it below and it's of different colors. The white color is preferable because it goes perfectly well with promosteem T-shirt.

With the help of graphics design, I can easily promote steem /steemit on my social media handles which include; WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

I shared my promosteem cap on WhatsApp;

For those who may likely ignore the marketing post online due to some reason, the best way is to collect their mobile numbers and send text directly to them, with this I can receive an awesome response from interested ones. In order to promote steemit, I can create more time to participate in steem event like shout-out (campaign), seminar, rally and lectures. Through those events mentioned above, fliers can be printed and distributed to people to create the awareness. Thank you!
