Greetings,
Thank you steemit team for the opportunity to learn and impact practical knowledge through the learning challenge seasons. Today am glad to render my application as a learning challenge teacher for season 23, I am optimistic and ready to give back to the system.
About me @alexanderpeace
I joined steemit in 2021 and I’ve been a hardworking steemian and an ardent student of the learning challenge program since its twist from engagement challenge to learning challenge from season 20. I took part in 62 challenges learning courses across different fields. All thanks to the steemit team for acknowledging my dedication and crowing the efforts with a reward as one of the best students in the 2024 steemit awards, again am grateful.
Hence I thought it was time to give back to the community and be a channel through which others can learn too by applying to be a learning challenge teacher in this season.
What I bring to the table
I graduated from a culinary school some years ago during my graduate studies and came out as the best student in that session and I amassed some knowledge in the area of culinary expertise such as snackology (all you need to know about snacks, types and their preparation) baking, pastries, food preparation, (continental & intercontinental dishes) and standard dish presentation. Practical knowledge of these is what I intend to impact.

How will you manage the lessons if people don't have the required ingredients in their country?

For the purpose of generalized learning, I ensured these healthy snacks can be readily made by anyone who is interested in the lessons as the ingredients are readily available in every country. for example Akara/bean cake is basically made from beans, Sambusa and spring rolls are is made from vegetables, proteins (meat, fish) and flour. Am sure they can easily access these anywhere they are and also is the ingredients for the remaining snacks for the seasons and in the case of a lack, they can use alternatives accessible to them.
