Hello my dear friends in Steem Fashion&style,how are you all doing? trust you all are doing great alright let me quickly dive in into the contest topic "My favourite sport" there are alot of sports chosen by different individuals.
My favourite sport is jumping rope yeah i love jump rope.. its one of my personal favourite sport I've started and loved right from little, an excellent and fantastic sports to improve your overall health both the cardiovascular intensity health and blood clothing, boost agility/balance and also burn calories (belly fats). Skipping ropes or jump ropes is not a simple sport as it seems you mix it up with speed where you double jump into the air as fast as you can while your skipping rope spins clock wise or anti clock wise. There's a competition between who runs through the skipping rope with the highest number thus knowing your fittness.
The legs is positioned to move as well as the jump rope runs round your arms and legs at this point you feel like your lungs wants to tear apart likewise your heartbeat its okay, its trying to get your lungs, belly, legs, body and heart into shape. This particular sports is more fun to play with group of persons and it doesn't require much to get involeve.Theres are different types of skipping which includes;
• Double Dutch jump rope: here there's team jumping thus making the cord longer for two or three person .
• Criss cross involes crossing your arms infront of your body while jumping into the air and it involves one person.
• Basic jump: This skipping involves jumping with the two feet at the same time slightly going apart from the rope.
Benefits of jump rope.
Jumping rope offers alot of benefit to the mind, body and overall well-being and its includes;
• Reduction of stress, anxiety and tension.
• Enhances concentration, improves mental clarity and focus.
• improves cognitive functions, increase energy levels promote good sleep quality.
• it strengthens the density of bones and also reduces the risk of heart/chronic disease.

Jumping rope is one of the effective and versatile sports that provides the overall well being to the body both in mental, physical and emotional .
