How is everyone? I hope you that everyone is safe and sound by the grace of Allah Almighty. I'm good too Alhamdulillah. Today I will share with all of you about an amazing remedy with simple ingredients as they are available in our kitchens. So let's start.
- Ingredients
The following ingredients are required for this amazing remedy.
•Almonds
•Water melon juice
•Yoghurt
- Amount of each ingredient
•Almonds 6 to 7
•Yoghurt 3 to 4 tablespoons
•Water melon juice 3 to 5 tablespoons
- How to make
Take 6 to 7 almonds, blend them In a blender and then make a fine powder of them. Then add 3 to 4 tablespoons of yoghurt in a small bowl or if you want to use this mask in your hands, feet and neck you can increase the quantity of each ingredient. Now make the juice of the water melon. Now mix these ingredients in a well mannered.
- Application
Now we have a smooth mixture of these ingredients. Apply on your clean face and other body parts of you want to apply on these. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes. When you will feel that the mask is about to dry 90 % , then wet your hands and gently scrub and then wash your face.
- Benifits of each ingredient
The yoghurt has lactic acid it works as an exfoliating agent which removes the dead skin cells. The yoghurt maintain the natural barriers of the skin. Watermelon has vitamins such as C and A it boots the collagen production. The high content of water in the watermelon makes the skin hydrated.
The almonds has amazing and fantastic benifits for skin. It contains vitamin E , it works as an antioxidant that protects our skin from sunburns, damage which is caused by free radicals. The use of almonds in any remedy with other ingredients can gives our skin moisturizing and hydrating properties. The almonds also contain the anti-inflammatory properties which is helpful to decrease the redness of skin.
