Tell Us About Your Winter's Favorite Sweet Dish?

If I tell the truth, I am very fond of sweets and my mother also prepares many sweet dishes in winter season and I love every sweet dish made by my mother's hands and I eat them with great pleasure. As many traditional sweet dishes are also made during winter season. And for me,life without sweets is boring, eating sweets also keeps our mood happy.

I also have many favorite winter dishes especially Gajar ka halwa and many sweet dishes made with jaggery. But my most favorite sweet dish in winter is semolina (suji ) halwa.I make this halwa several times a week and it's so easy to make in no time and it is also very delicious to eat.As soon as I saw this contest, I made this Halwa and ate it with pleasure 😂❤️.

Is It Beneficial For Humans Health Or Not?

Yes, semolina halwa is very beneficial for our health. The semolina in it provides energy to our body.It also contains many nutrients that are useful for our health.I have also experienced that when my cousin's son was one year old, he was very weak.

Someone suggested my cousin to add semolina in milk daily and give it to the baby, after using it for a few months, my cousin's baby became very healthy. So from this I have experienced that semolina is very useful for our health , but this semolina halwa I have shared contains sugar so we should consume less because sugar is not good for our health. We should also avoid it's excessive use.

It is nice to learn through the contests, about food from the different countries that are on this platform. The culture of each one is rich in its elements. As I understand this is a typical dish of your region. The ingredients are few, it seems to me that it must be very tasty.
Thanks for sharing.
