I'm @ibraheem75 from Nigeria, I'm delighted to participate on this wonderful contest organized by @pea07 on this brilliant community.

Titled: Drawing tutorial of an ostrich,
Apparatus: Pencil, eraser, drawing board, Ruler
Topic: How to draw an Ostrich,
Aim : My aim is to draw an Ostrich using my equipment such as (pencil, eraser, drawing board and ruler ).

Step 1:

First I bring my drawing board/paper, I make sure that my paper is clean, then I bring my eraser and pencil . Since everything I need for drawing is ready.

Step 2:

Let begin with the head as you see, to me the head of the ostrich is the easiest way for me to get what am actually looking for, you can start your drawing any way you feel that is okay for you.

Step 3:

I have gotten what I have been looking fo, from the head, then I moved straight to the neck, I make sure that the neck it is well sketch and fitted to the head as well.

After I have draw the neck of the ostrich; I decided to bring out the shape of the body as you can see it there also.

Step 4:

Let look at the shape of the ostrich is not that clear and bold, so let's make it look thick enough and lovely for the eyes.

As you can see is more clearer than before, the leg of the ostrich may look easy and the head to you, but it look a bit complicated, so I used my eraser to clean some mistakes so I can get what am actually looking for.

Step 5:

I use my ruler to get a straight line of the Ostrich legs so as to get it perfect and fitted to the body, as you can see is straight now and lovely, and the legs is ok, not too big or small, But it looks perfect to the body.

Ostrich and I, all pictures snapped and edited using my smartphone Tecno pop7 pro.

Finally, I labeled where is supposed to be lebel, the tail, claws, wings etc, and any other part that's not bold or thicker. I would stop here for today.
