Ramadan Kareem Mubarak to all of you and I hope this month brings more blessing more easiness and along with that the blessings of Allah Almighty and actually I was praying that I can have the my first fasting at home because I am doing a lot of private clinic as well so I always try to have fasting at home and there because it is very difficult to do the duties with a fasting so this time Alhamdulillah I have my first fasting with my family at my home and we have iftar together at home.
I always recommend my patients not eat unhealthy and the food which is cooked in so much oil so this time when they make the pakoda I always try to just one and half I never eat whole plate and I always recommend my patients that I cannot skip anything you know you just control your portion you just control your method of cooking but you can't us keep the healthy saturated fat along with that you can take good amount of carbohydrate and protein as well but always portion control.
This is delicious cutless we made at home and we try to give the good cover entity of the chicken in it so that it should be the protein rich and we use very less amount of oil to try it and I didn't allow to deeply now I am trying to buy a wood a quality air fryer so that with out oil I can steam anything I want I can cook anything I want so I will recommend all of you that must invest on yourself must do whatever you want and but it keep limitations.
At night I don't have the good amount of carbohydrates so many this is very good quality you know ice cream along with that it has also good amount of nuts so it is very healthy don't try to eat too much and always try to take a gap while you are eating or fasting for example if you have break your fast after that you need to offer pray so you get time 5 minutes and in this time you are brain will get message that you are so you don't eat over.
