Good evening respected judges, my worthy opponents, faculty members and audience , I @kidi40 hereby humbly express my thanks for your interest in the topic buying a House first or a Car first, which is better?. As previously stated I am hereby standing having a house first, since I have your permission I would like to begin by dividing my statement in three different sections, let's go.
My Three reasons why house is better than a car |

Buying a house first is more important than buying a car because, buying a house will save you from paying house rent every blessed year but talking of buying a car ahead of the house, you'll spend a lot of money on buying fuel and most of your time will be spent in the mechanic station.
Having a house first is crucial in life more than buying a car first, think about this! Do you enjoy scouting at someone space in the name of renting? Do you enjoy all the insults given to you by your landlord or landlady yet there's a car called before your name? Do you enjoy having a car but reside In a small room with your wife and children? Considering this questions in a normal sense of humor, your mind will speak out.
Buying a house first is a state that drives peace of mind to a person, but talking of car, it adds extra pressure to anyone who is eager to get it, buying a car first ahead of the house adds depression to life, thinking about where to get money to repair your spoiled car is a kind of depression that can cause accident while driving your car, But talking about the house, it's easy to repair your house by renting your room for money.
Let's look at things in an asset and liability ways |

Between a house and car, which will you identify as asset and which will you identify as liability, deep down we all know that a house is greatly an asset that can generate income to his owner but house is a liability that add burdens to owner, I'm pretty sure no would be happy to choose liability ahead of house.
The bible has mentioned three basic things a man needs to survive, they are a house to hide our head, food to eat, and clothes to wear, there is nothing like a car, a car can come after life is getting better, but the important thing first is buying a house.
With this view point of mind, I think I am able to confuse you all that buying a house first is more important than buying a car.

Indeed! Buying a home to rest our heads is a winner!
One thing I failed to mention in my post is the fact that if you buy a car, you have to replace it in a couple of years. It might be 10 - 15 years. When you buy a house, it can last a lifetime, provided that you look after it.
