Hello friends, how are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @pea07 for organizing this beautiful creative contest. I really love to participate in this contestMy Skill Is My Power || Season-25.By participating in this contest, I can share my various skills. Cooking is my daily job. If you do any job regularly, you become skilled in that job. I have also become very skilled in cooking by cooking every day. Today I am here to share my cooking recipe with you. So let's get started.

I washed and cleaned the rice and dal together and put them in a strainer. Then I used the vegetables of my choice. I used cauliflower, cabbage, and beans here. I used and chopped the vegetables of my choice. Then I took a chopped onion and a few green chillies.

I put a pan on the stove and heated some oil. Then I added the chopped onion and green chillies to it. After lightly frying the onion and green chillies, I mixed turmeric and salt. Garam masala can also be used here but I did not use any kind of garam masala here and just added ginger garlic paste.

Then I stirred it for some time and added the garlic ginger paste. After stirring for some time, I poured the vegetables in it. I stirred it and covered it for some time so that the water from the vegetables came out. At this time, I kept the stove on very low heat.

When the water from the vegetables came out, I added the rice dal. After stirring the rice dal, I chopped a tomato in it. I fried the rice well in oil.

When the rice was well-fried, I added some water to it. I first boiled the water well so that the rice would cook quickly. I covered it with some water and a lid.

When the water in the rice had completely dried up, I removed the lid and stirred it for a minute or two and then took it off. My delicious vegetable khichdi was ready. It tastes great when eaten with fried eggs. This hot vegetable khichuri tastes great with fried eggs. We eat this khichuri with any kind of pickle or ghee.
