Last 11th October 2024, one of the most memorable day of my life. Because last October 11, Friday at 11:25 PM, I became the father of my first son. Millions of thanks to Almighty Allah, Alhamdulillah I am the first father. The feeling of being a father cannot be explained in writing. It is a strange heavenly feeling. Still, there is a joy in sharing these feelings with everyone, from that desire this writing is born...!
I marry my parents' favorite daughter. Today, 2.5 years of our married life, on 26th January 2024, when I first got confirmation from the doctor that I was going to be a father, there was a lot of excitement in my mind. From then on, I took care of my wife as much as I could so that there was no defect in her care during pregnancy, as a husband should do, because at this time girls feel the companionship of their husbands the most. A girl's husband's company plays the biggest role in her and her unborn child's emotional development during this period.
According to the doctor's examination, our baby was due on October 20th. Which is near the end of the month of October, I took my wife to a hospital.! My elder brother is already familiar with a senior doctor in that hospital, after talking to him, I used to see my wife for the last 9 months at a gynecologist nearby. after talking to him, I used to see my wife for the last 9 months at a gynecologist doctor nearby. Last October 11th, on Friday, my wife got sick in the afternoon, immediately my brother and sister-in-law took my wife to the hospital. They saw my wife and gave medicine for normal delivery and she was kept under observation for 2/3 hours. After 2/3 hours of observation nothing was clear, then my wife was given some tests. After showing the doctor's reports, he told us that he will have many problems to become a normal baby. My wife has to have a caesarean for our child to recover. One thing needs to be said here, everyone in my family and my in-laws wanted a normal delivery, because there are many complications for the patient after caesarean delivery. But due to my wife's problem normal delivery was not possible in my wife's case. On Friday, October 11th, while in the hospital, I found out that my wife would have to have a caesarean section at night. From then on, a great fear was working in my mind, because after hearing from a few people before about the anesthesia and other operations of the caesarean operation, I was only worried about my wife, everything. It will be fine!
Anyway, after coming home from the hospital, I talked to all the family and in-laws, and went to the hospital again at night. At 11 pm with my signature on the form, my wife was admitted to the operation theatre. My wife was taken to the operating table at about 11:15 after the operation of other caesarean patients. At 11:25 AM comes the Mahendra time, our son first sees the light in this world. When I first heard the news from the doctor, my first question to the doctor was, "Is the baby's mother healthy?" When the doctor said "yes", tears welled up in my eyes. It is an extraordinary feeling that can only be understood by a person who has gone through this situation himself, it is impossible to convey this experience to anyone by writing or verbally describing it. After we had a baby, when I called everyone I knew, I couldn't talk to many of them properly..!
Immediately after this joy, the baby suddenly fell ill the day after birth. Because of breathing difficulty and fever, their mother and child were kept in separate beds. He was put on oxygen there. He had a high fever for a long time, the next day a doctor saw us and gave some medicine to Babu. The nurse at the hospital told Babu to give medicine to Kibab. The baby was slowly improving. Feeling his pain, my chest was heaving with intense pain all the time. Only those who have become fathers can understand this pain. It is not a rule for a male to stay with a patient in that hospital, so I stayed at home that night. My elder sister and grandmother-in-law were there during the hospital night. The child's illness worried me greatly. I requested everyone around to pray for our baby. The situation gradually improved. I finally brought my wife and child home from the hospital yesterday (October 13th, Sunday) evening. By God's infinite mercy, both my wife and children are fine now. Pray for the health of my child and his mother.
The feeling of being a father cannot be expressed in words. After becoming a father of my first child, I only remember my parents, how close I am to my parents. How parents are close to me Before becoming a father, fathers were a bit vague about children. For me, after becoming a father, I found clarity in relationships, but I still can't express the full inner feelings verbally or in writing.
After the birth of my child, the pressure that I had in these one or two days went away. And through my wife, we can now feel how hard it is to be a parent, how challenging it is! The sufferings of the father are nothing compared to the sufferings of the mother, yet the amount of running that the father has to do at this time due to various needs is not at all bad. Now that the boy was born, how many more challenges are waiting for both of us! Everyone please pray for my son, my wife and our whole family that we can face all the challenges successfully.
