Welcome to another episode of my diary, today I'm gonna share with you the ordination service of elders that took place in my church on Sunday being 15th of December,2024, I sincerely apologies for not bringing it earlier than this but

The process of elder ordination is not a small work, my church usually follow due process such as conducting elections to choose suitable and qualify candidates for eldership, from you to be chosen means that you are capable of managing your immediate family before looking at ruling people outside.

So after election and you are qualified,, the next step is to be going for training knowing the pro and coins of what its means to be and elder in the church from then the church will organize interviews to be certain that you can handle that position in which you are elected in.
So on Sunday was the grand finale of the ordination of people who succeeded in the training and passing through series of interviews from the pastor.
The ordination is not done yearly but once in five to ten years depending on the already existing once if they are still strong to carry out the work in the house of God. Six persons were to be ordained as elders on Sunday, they all paid for their blue elder uniforms but that Sunday morning the went to church with their mufty and change it up after ordination

Finally, the program was a success to the glory of God.

I return all glory to God for making this day 15th of December a wonderful day and I pray that the newly ordained elders Will represent God in their dealings and church respectively.
