Dear Diary,
Today was undoubtedly very productive and enjoyable. Last night me and my nephew prepared his science project. Today there is a science fair in his school where many will participate. I go to his school in the afternoon. The science fair starts at 7 am but will open to the public at 2 pm. I left for my nephew's school campus at 1 pm. As I have written in many previous posts my nephews school is very neat and clean and time bound. Arriving early I was exploring the campus. There are numerous flowering plants throughout the campus. I found a yellow rain lily there and photographed it.
At exactly 2 PM the science fair opened for everyone and I was the first to enter as I was waiting to enter. The science fair is organized in several rooms in a three storied building. After entering there I see some amazing science projects that the kids are conducting and preparing.
Smart Village |
---|
The first science project I will discuss is a smart village. Science and technology have advanced us a lot, reduced labor and in a word made us smarter. This project presents a smart village with various scientific discoveries. The village has banks, power houses, health care centers, schools, farms, ATM booths, mobile towers, internet service centers, digital/mobile banking services, biogas plants, improved roads, emergency health services, solar panel systems. This presentation undoubtedly makes the village a smart and ideal village. Where there is sufficiency of everything and as a result the people of the village will get all kinds of services. I was impressed by his excellent presentation.
Green House |
---|
This kid brings out the Green House theme brilliantly. This is an eco-friendly project featuring greenhouse methods. Green house is a wonderful invention of science in my opinion. I asked the child of this project where the greenhouse is usually used? He answered me with a smile on his face "In the winter country". By looking at the picture, you can understand how prepared the kid actually is with his greenhouse.
Water purification |
---|
This project is my favorite. This project shows the method of water purification. What I liked the most was the kid showing us how to turn dirty water into clean water through his project. We all know about filters but how it works is shown by the little kid in a brilliant way. Everything has certain steps of processing and this water purification also has some steps which are purified through marble, coal, sand and clean cloth. This is really amazing. Loved it.
Project Rocket | |

Project Rocket |
A science fair is incomplete without a rocket project. Two students came up with a rocket project in this science fair which was commendable. A student was demonstrating the science of rocket flight with a syringe. Without seeing this, it is impossible to understand how much concern and knowledge children have about science at this age.
Rain water purification process
This project is very useful. This project shows how to use rainwater harvesting in arid areas by purifying it. Following the steps of rain water purification given here can be very beneficial and this kid was explaining the steps of rain water purification beautifully to everyone.
Function of human lung
The presentation of this project was excellent. The baby was explaining how our lungs work. He used balloons to inflate and deflate the lungs and demonstrated the process of inhaling and exhaling the lungs through expansion of the lungs by introducing air from outside. Everyone was impressed by his presentation.
Some other Science projects captured by me.

It was a diary post too because all these pictures are captured in the same day. So I am leveling this as a diary game post.
