✅ Did you know about sbd or is it something new to you?

Yes I do know about SBD. SBD means steem dollars, which is the native token of steemit. We receive SBD as a reward on steemit. Their are basically two ways of reward in steemit; one is giving Steem directly and other is SBD. It depends upon steem price, if steem price is above $0.26, steemit start giving reward in SBD.

Currently you can see the print ratio is 100%. It varies with time, as I have said it depends on Steem's price.

✅ How has the arrival of SBDs influenced the growth of Account.

Yes SBD has greatly influenced my account. It helped a lot in growing my SP, which is the real influencial thing here on steemit. The reason is, when steemit start giving SBD you comparatively receive more steems than normal days.

1 SBD is equal to 14.758 steems.

Now if you get only two steems per post it's mean you receive approximately 30 STEEMs per post. If you publish 50 posts per month you can easily earm up to 1500 steems per month which will help a lot in boosting your account.

✅ Briefly explain how to convert SBD to steem.

This is my wallet you may see I have 0.293 steems in my wallet. Click on it.

You will be shown market option here. Click on it now.

You will be shown such an interface. Here you may see there blanks; price, amount and total. In price it the current picture of SBD/STEEM. Amount is the amount of STEEM you will get and total is the amount of SBD you have.

Put the available amount of SBD here or the quantity you want to sell and click on Buy Steem option, and boom all your SBD will be sold out successfully.

Go back and check your wallet you will receive the STEEMs in your wallet. I have sold it now and successfully received in my wallet.

✅ Do you consider that it is better to receive rewards directly in Steem or do you prefer them in SBD? Why

I would prefer SBD, because when steemit gives reward in SBD you get the reward almost twice compared to direct STEEM reward giving mechanism. Ofcourse everyone would want to receive more reward to have better earning and can grow his/her account fast and easily.
