Actually We need both talent and hard work to move ahead in our lives.

It cannot be said that hard work beats talent or that hard work without talent is useless.

Both talent and hard work play an important role in the all-round and sustainable development of our lives.

To reach the top in any field, it is equally important to work hard and use natural talent. Underestimating any of these means that all your efforts will go in vain.

It may be thought that natural talents are innate gifts that can help a person achieve success in particular activities. For example, if a person wants to play an instrument, his attraction towards the instrument and the potential within him will increase his chances of realizing his dream.

Sometimes many individuals with innate talents fail to implement them well.

Conversely, hard-working people who do not have the natural ability to perform an activity may be able to perform better.

It can be said that hard-working individuals have a better chance of defeating talented individuals at their own game through their continuous efforts. There can be just this much difference between hard work and talent.

Hardworking individuals can develop their skills through determined practice. While a talented person strives to hone his natural skills, you definitely have a pre-determined recipe for success.

Hard work is also a form of talent and both complement each other.
Generally people believe that talent is more important than hard work to achieve success, but no one becomes successful overnight.

A person has to work hard to achieve his goals which ultimately becomes his talent.

Whenever obstacles come in our life, it is not easy to work hard despite having talent, but the ability to persevere can yield significant results.

If we are naturally talented individuals but do not have the ability to work hard, our innate talent may also prove to be useless unless it is used to its full potential.

Hard work creates more opportunities for success

By being proud of your talent and not working hard, your talent gets wasted due to lack of hard work.

That is why many times talented people fail to achieve their goals due to lack of hard work.

How many businessmen, musicians, sportsmen, professionals etc. came into limelight for a few days and then disappeared because they were not willing to work hard to develop their talents and use them to their advantage, and because of vanity Had indulged in other addictions.

People often praise talent more than hard work, while forgetting the fact that hard work is what makes a successful person unique.

Hardworking people usually have the ability to develop new talents and skills because of their determination to reach their goals.
