Good evening all steemains it's my pleasure to participate and share my own view on this great debate, they have been a contemplating issues in regard to which one is of this two are importance or most preferable. Talking about hard-work and talent they both are important but they are still thick lines between them, it's my sincere believe that my view will be of great benefit and will be given heard
Handwork better than Talent

First let us understanding the meaning of the key words
Handwork; constantly, regularly, or habitually engaged in earnest and energetic work . Hardwork require strength and zealousness, this implies that with regular and constant engagement result will be actualize.
Talent; is a natural skill or ability to be good at something, especially without being taught. Talent is also important and essential as all human has their own gift

From the initial structure they was greater credit accord to hardwork, working hard will unveil the inborn talent and explose mind to swim in the view of accomplishments.

  1. Hard work can compensate for a lack of talent. While talent holds upper hands but yet most time not recognized at the stage expected, it is hard work that allows you to develop your abilities and reach your full potential. For example, a person who don't have a talent on medicine can actually venture into it and success as a result of his hardwork not base on talent.

  2. Hard work creates opportunities. People who work hard and consistently produce standard and high-quality work are more likely to be recognized and upgraded for their efforts. This will lead to new opportunities and advancements in their career or personal life.

  3. Talent is Wasted in the Absence of Hard Work
It may be considered ironic when talented individuals fail to accomplish their goals even upon all the required and natural skills they need to succeed at their field

But the fact is, many talented people neglect their gifts by not putting them into practise effort needed to develop them and succeed.
A lot of business people, musicians, artist, etc., have faded from the headlines simply because they were not ready to work harder to develop their talents and use them to their benefit or advantage?

In view of this it can be said that, when they is no hard work, a talent may lose its edge over time and not be enough to keep up with a changing society and world at large.

4.Hard Work Develops New Talents;
Individuals most times praise talent above hardwork, but then miss the point of what makes a successful person significant

5.Hardworking people have the ability to develop and venture into new talents and skills due to their determination and zeal to reach their peak.

A developed talent can still be regarded as an innate gift because it is the result of a natural ability.

I like how you vividly brought out your perspective about talent and hardwork. In your debate you choose hardwork over talent and I believe that's what best for you. What about this, can hardwork on itself succeed talent or skill?

Greetings @zeal0012, when people say I'm a talented musician what do you think that means? Talent could be acquired and from your first paragraph I would say that if a person has an ability to sing so sweetly and he doesn't practice or goes to a music tutor to coach him or he will not be able to showcase his talent and get recognized. Show me a talented person without hard work and I will show you a man who's talent is hidden.

Through hard work talents are discovered a man can never see himself to be good at something if he has never tried it, trying is simply hard work. Good luck on the contest.

Greetings dear reader. Thank you for reading. You hold a valid opinion which falls in line with my position. Talent could be acquired through hard-work and that is right. Thank you for your kind wishes.
