(Where something is repeating? Please point out,if you are not able to point out then you must wear glasses because you need to wear them)

I don't know who needs to wear those glasses, you took screenshots and left out exactly the task that repeats itself.

You give a super basic linear equation once in 2nd week, but in week 4 when the difficulty should be much higher since the lessons went further, what do we get, again two basic linear equations, luckily my 91 years old grandma doesn't speak English, I'd record her so you can see that even at her age she can solve them by the top of her head, yet for something like this you lose points if you don't over explain the steps.

because maths and algebra is a subject that if I will not consider post beauty, formatting, presentation and if I will not make comparison of post of one user with other competitive users then i will give more than 9 to every participant because i will only be able to deduct points from those areas where someone misunderstood anything

And here comes the beauty of math, you want to "make comparison of post of one user with other competitive users" you increase the difficulty of the tasks, that simple. You are keeping everything overly simple, it's clear that this won't allow you to make difference between students because everyone knows how to solve these.

Why do you think you get so many participants in a week? Because the tasks are too easy, I can bet that most of the students finish a homework in close to an hour (with the post and everything, solving is closer to the 20mins mark).

if Steemit team says anything against deducting 0.01 ,0.02 points because they are able to enforce teachers to change their grading system and methodologies!

It's not about deducting or not, it's about the reason behind the deduction, which is missing. You are deducting them just for them to be deducted so it looks like you actually found something "wrong" in the task which if we check the task itself in most of the cases you wouldn't find a thing.

Edit:
Forgot to mention, it feels like you put more effort in the comments above than in the actual classes.

Sort Order:

Task 1 is really similar!
I admit it!It should be changed but task 3 and 4 are different for week 2 and week 4 I can say this!

Suppose if I add difficulty in tasks and someone enters his entry at Tuesday as first participant and I review that person entry and tell him his mistake then all other users will follow my suggestion and will exactly solve that difficult question accurately so in that case still I will not give 10/10 to everyone then!
I will definitely count other aspects of post including formatting, quality, creativity (Graphs and other unique things addition)!

At last,I must want to thank you for your suggestions!
Now I need to complete my work too!
Have a good day
