Carpaltunnelsyndrome
This is the condition which is a condition due to multiple times nerve compression in the wrist region.
This is not the disease which run from generation to generation and there are some multiple call causes for example this is due to compressor of the median nerve and which is passing through a tunnel which is called carpal tunnel or sometimes for example the nature of the job is that you are using the excessive time your wrist joints.
For example if the person's job is related to typing or writing or cooking or something like that and you are using your wrist joints a lot.
So if you are suffering from how the patient will come to you the patient is complaining of the pain in the finger or hand and sometime there is presentation which is called thinking sensation something is scrolling over your hand index or middle finger.
So there are few types acute from name it is clear that there is on set of duration is charter when you are suffering from the pain.
Chronic when the duration has been a long and your complaining of hen and you exactly don't know the cause
The primary CTS MEANS we don't know what has happened don't know the exactly cause.
Secondary
Due to disease for example diabetes or thyroid.
Diagnosis
So first of all the clinical examination is most important thing to do while any patient complaint of the pain or thickling sensation or numbness anything you must undergo the clinical examination then according to your assessment you were further through the test.
If any of above symptom is present than you must need to do the EMG or NCS.
There are certain specific test as well I will name some of them which are very mandatory to confirm the diagnosis and I will end list some of the special task to make your diagnosis.

These two tests are most commonly used to confirm your diagnosis.
Wrist rotation
These rotations are actually done to improve the mobility of the joint and secondly sometimes due to over cooking or other job is related to use a lot of this joint so this can lead to stiffness by doing this exercise in the stiffness of these joints. But while doing this exercise that he finds you should keep it in my dad your shoulder position should be relaxing while you do this exercise.
Some patient complain that their arms remain tense while they do upward extension but the key is that you should maintain your post so that you don't feel pain.
Arm prayers stretch

Some people actually prefer to do the massage of the median nerve and that can ultimately release tension and the pain. But I must say if you can put in the heating pad for a few minutes and also these exercises should be regularly done then you must get relief from the pain.

While these exercises are really important in my daily routine and I have learnt in a very good way because my work is all the time I am writing so I am using my joints a lot of hands and BA sometime I feel pain
