In last week my rating was highest 9.8 but you said that you will nominate me in this week!
What about your promise?
Infact,if you say that my rating is 9.8 in this week which is not equal to 9.9 then where is my last week nomination that you have promised to give me in this week!
Last time again you deducted 0.2 rating because of not writing names of stages what you have written but I have explained the stages very well!
What you think about your sister @drhira who always wrote briefly and you select her frequently among winners? Could you justify it??
Moreover,no one in task 1 mentioned names of muscles involved in rotator cuff (even not all winners and I was waiting for your winners announcement)but I have described about tendonitis for each muscle involved in rotator cuff so justify that how can you deduct my 0.2 grade from task 1!
My grade should be 10/10 not 9.8
You 0.2 Grade deduction is not justified!
You should deduct points of all other participants because of not mentioning name of muscles or you should justify your grade for me and tell me my actual mistake!
Final thoughts are that if again in future you will choose some of winners at favouritism and some at merit basis and you will be unable to justify your grades equally for all users then everyone like me will disappoint and will not participate in your challange!
Proof of giving extra grades to drhira:-
1st case:-
• Here she is starting about writing criteria of diagnosis by starting from physical examination but before this there should be history taking in which doctor should ask about medical history to know patient symptoms and occupation.
• She is mentioning imaging studies in diagnosis but she is not sharing how which imaging studies are used.
• Here she is not writing major requirement of challange to share reviews of exercise at last but still teacher have not pointed out it and give her 2.9 grade!(It's not justified)
2nd case:-
• In task 2,she is not telling that how to take history of patient and how to physically examine finger of patient just simply ending first two diagnostic criteria in 7-8 words hardly.
Then she move on at investigating tests so see how she is explaining them!
• She is writing purpose of investigation test and she is not sharing methods of performing these special tests.
• She also missed major part of task which is to write about imaging studies.
• In task 3,she is again ending it without sharing her reviews at exercise she is performing but still she carries full grade in this task while not attempting task completely (That was required!)
Now see how teacher is reviewing!
• She is deducting 0.2 for not writing stages names which is true!
• For task 2,she is not mentioning that student should write about method of taking medical history and physical examination rather than simply winding up it in 7-8 words.
• She is not pointing out that she needs to write method of performing tests not just writing their purpose.
• She is not deducting even 0.5 from task 3 for not writing reviews after performing exercises.
(So I don't think it's fair grading by her)
While now see what is happening in my case;
• Here in video my fingers are off the table!
• She is just deducting my 0.2 from task 3 because of not keeping some more part of hand off the table(Wow!!)
• I know it's my mistake but she could deduct 0.1 for my mistake as I am performing this exercise correctly just there's a need to make little corrections in hand position but my exercise is not wrong as well as other requirements of tasks I have fulfilled completely and sincerely!
• Second and third case about me I have explained already where I am getting less points by not writing muscles names but others are getting full points who don't write names of muscles!
I hardly manage my time to participate in practical tasks because of my busy routine but it doesn't mean if someone will remain unfair with me then I will not raise voice for my right!
I know that we should remain peaceful at platform that's why last time I didn't show any response and continued my efforts in this week too but after getting disappointed I started collecting proofs against her that why I am not satisfied with her!

First, I want to say when I mentioned that I would choose you for winner week, read again; I said I would give you a chance to become the winner next week, but I didn't promise that. I hope you get that point. Secondly, I posted winners' announcement posts 2 days ago, and after 2 days, you checked the announcement post and came here to comment.
Can you show me any proof that I frequently make the same user winner in each lesson? I think I am the only one who didn't choose the same user winner again. If I have to give favouritism, then why do I choose the Venezuelan, Indonesian or Bangladeshi users as a winner? Why can't I select only Pakistani users as the winners each week like other professors or in previous engagement challenge histories where they selected their respective countries' users & didn't give a chance to others?
If you think I deducted your marks only, then check other users' posts too that didn't mention the exact name of stages because I want the same information that I have given in the lesson post. Last thing she is not my sister so it would be better to not say this thing again. I hope you understand this. I am saying again you to give your best this week and get chance to win.

My grading can't be challenged because I am spending too much time in reviewing by keeping my routine activities at side(Irrespective of thinking who is my friend or who is a stranger for me)
I am totally grading at merit that's why I didn't respond to his comment because he's wrong and why you have too much tension for mojociocio account?

Because he is my friend and I heard his point of view on discord with proof and everything, he could have made that comment much worse, because if we start digging through your grades and comments we can see "how much time you keep in reviewing". You aren't even reading people's posts from top to bottom, you are deducting super small numbers out of grades without any reason (0.01, 0.02). If we centralize all the grades and comments who knows what else we can find out. You nominalized yourself as Best teacher, a teacher that needs to post the same topic/task in week 2 and week 4 because he can't find new things to teach in 5-8 grade math.
I don't have anything personal with you, but when you come to scold someone for something this small, make sure you are fixing yours first.

After reading your comment I have some advises for you and after that I would like to respond you!
• You should first check by yourself that I am really repeating the tasks of week 2 and 4 or not?

• If I talk about my grades then yes I am commenting generally that where there's a need of improving formatting of task and where there's a need of adding uniqueness and where there's a need of adding some theoratical concepts but remember these types of reviews I am giving to those users who are in competition especially and who have attempted everything accurately and just these type of things can be pointed out for increasing and decreasing their grades because maths and algebra is a subject that if I will not consider post beauty, formatting, presentation and if I will not make comparison of post of one user with other competitive users then i will give more than 9 to every participant because i will only be able to deduct points from those areas where someone misunderstood anything so for keeping the grading system fair and unique than all other teachers I am doing this and this is my methodology and I will change it if Steemit team says anything against deducting 0.01 ,0.02 points because they are able to enforce teachers to change their grading system and methodologies!
