The sun is up, so must I. Welcoming the morning sun just as we needed it like the plants. That is what we are in common with the plants,we both need sunshine. We might not realize it but our human body is made to be in tune with nature. As the sun rise up, so we must be. As the sun set, so we must be. But in today's world where we are unfollowing nature and the design of life then we must not wonder why we human see different kinds of diseases. Well, thats just my opinion. Now where is my cup of coffee.?
