Beautiful view!

I still can’t believe it’s so nice and warm in November!? I mean, I’m well aware spring is the shits here, but it’s really a trade off this time!

Sometimes the snow and cold starts in September and stays until March, but the weather trends have been changing for the better over the past 10 years or so, and you’ll hear no complaints from me!

I even did my yoga and meditation on the dock this morning! Hard to have a bad day when you get to look at that view!

I’ll be posting regularly about my month of NO SUGAR for December, I’ll let you know if I’ve cheated and what I’ve been eating instead of sweets. 🙂

I feel really motivated right now, hoping I can get through the whole month without too much angst.

Dark chocolate and sugar in my tea will be the hardest! I quit soda many years ago, and gave up most candy and sweets along with it.

But I could easily overdo it.
Totally consume some huge dark chocolate bar in less than a day, and with up to 7 cups of green tea per day, with a teaspoon or two (or three, who am I kidding 😂) of cane sugar in each cup, it adds up!!!

So this will be a welcome break for my body, to be able to learn to live without all that excess sugar.
