How to Create a Community or Group Here?

Hi Guys,

I'm new here and would like to spark new conversations with new people, maybe interest-based. I am also looking for ways to create interest-based groups here so that I can also invite my pals from other social media platforms and expand the base for everyone's benefit.

Does anyone know how to create groups/community @steemit?
