The choice of witnesses on our platform is really important to obtain a balance regarding the price of steel and the issuance of blocks, which is why they must be maintained.

Before I will start I want to invite my friends @patjewell @preye2 and @mariami to participate in this interesting topic.

My Understanding Of What Witnesses Are All About In The STEEM Blockchain

For me, witnesses are essential for the functioning of the Steem blockchain, as they refer to organizations that secure the transactions on the network. They also maintain the overall stability of the network and help to prevent malicious activity.

Witnesses also have the power to produce blocks on the Steem blockchain and approve transactions. To carry on their tasks, they must maintain an up-to-date copy of the blockchain ledger, verify transactions, and sign off on new blocks that are for witnesses.

Role Of Witnesses In The STEEM Blockchain

The role of witnesses is also important in the Steem blockchain. Witnesses provide input into decisions making by the Steem Development Fund, which finances improvements to their network of them.

Witnesses also ensure that all transactions on the Steem blockchain are valid, witnesses help to ensure its integrity, which in turn helps to maintain user confidence in the network's growth.

While the blockchain platform is a decentralized ledger, where the transactions that occur form blocks. Each block is unique, it cannot be deleted or modified. Therefore, they form a highly secure system and your data cannot be manipulated in any way or form.

The "Witnesses" are the identities that with their work achieve the appropriate balance in the blockchain, they are the ones that validate our operations, our entries, and our posts. To do this, the "Witnesses" also validate our activities.

The reason why We Need To Choose Witnesses is that,

Witnesses are responsible for keeping the blockchain to be running and ensuring that its security is very secure and also Without them, the network could not be able to function properly.

Tokens are valuable to the blockchain ecosystem as they perform some functions.

What are the tasks of a witness?

1. It stores the transaction data in each block on its server.

2. It validates all ongoing transaction activities that are going on in the blockchain

3. It also spreads the blockchain to the rest of the network in a peer-to-peer method.

4. It also suggests the value of the properties required by the blockchain and introduces the actual market value, in our case seem, in terms of USD on the blockchain.

As a Steemit user, voting for witnesses is one of the most important things I can do to ensure the success of the blockchain platform. So I have chosen and voted on a few Witnesses that I observe would secure the Steemit platform very well for the users.

The selection must be made based on trust and the work they generate. In the first place must not know about it, so the witness can be changed once the most suitable ones for our purpose and that of the ecosystem are identified.

Some will choose only those they know, however, once this is done, support can be given with the remaining votes up to 30 to the other witnesses with the highest reputation.

It can be noted that the first positions are held by those witnesses who receive greater trust from users and who have shown greater acceptance on the platform as well.

Some witnesses, daily or every other day, throw rewards that we can see in our wallets, which contribute to our growth.
