Well, just imagine being a class representative but in the virtual version. So, they are like ambassadors, who receive a mandate from the Steem community to take care of everything. Starting from holding votes, handling community problems, to being the voice of users on the platform. They are like the front guard to represent the interests of Steem users. Do you want to become one of the Steem Representatives? Why and what were your efforts to get elected?

Yes, of course I would. Being a Steem representative can be a cool option for people who want to be actively involved in the community. The first reason, of course, is that I can be a voice for the community on this platform. By being a representative, I can bring fresh ideas and make the platform more vibrant. The second reason is that it can be an opportunity for me to build a wide network. Not just being an ordinary person on Steem, but can be a key player who brings change.

So, what will I do to get elected??

• First, I would make sure I have a clear and concrete vision. People need to know what I bring to the table.
• Secondly, I will create active interactions with the community. Not just talk about yourself, but also listen to what they need.
• Third, I will show my commitment. Being a representative is not just a title, but a big responsibility. Just be myself, maintain my integrity, and keep contributing. Who knows, one day, I could be the new face of Steem that captures the hearts of many people.

Mention some of the duties of a Steem Rep that you know and what is the big influence on the growth of steemians and the platform?

So, the duties of a Steem representative are actually not just sitting and voting, but there is more to it. First of all, they become a kind of ambassador for the Steem community. So, they have to be a friendly face for new people who want to join.

In addition, they also have to support the cool content that appears on the platform, either by upvoting or even inviting exciting discussions. Well, not only that, they also have to be able to mediate if there is a conflict between users. So, like a peacemaker, finding a fair solution for all parties. Anyway, being a Steem representative not only has duties, but also responsibilities to keep the Steem community fun and comfortable for everyone.

How do the duties and responsibilities of a Steem Representative differ from a community admin/mod on the Steemit platform?

The duties of a Steem Representative is like being an ambassador in the Steemit world. They are not only the face of the community on the platform, but also responsible for translating policies and creating communication between the community and the development team. So, they are like a living bridge between ordinary users and the people behind the scenes who make important decisions.

Now, the difference with community admins is that they're more like tribal chiefs in a small scope. They really focus on the survival and harmony of the community within the group or forum. They might make rules, organize events, or mediate problems between members. Anyway, it's like being a village leader who is really concerned about the happiness of his citizens.

The point is, Steem Representatives are more involved at the global level and deal directly with the development team, while community admins are more about taking care of activities and togetherness at the local level or in a small community. But, both are equally important to make the platform run well and make users feel comfortable.

Give one example that you think the duties of an SR really help the Steemit Team for the growth of the platform and users.

I think that SR's most helpful contribution to the steemit team is to provide weekly reports on curator account usage. They walk around steemit platform every day to help the steemit team provide even support to all users with good content. If they are not there, maybe such support will not be evenly distributed to many users. So I think that's their most influential contribution to the platform.

What new things will you do to help the growth of the platform and users?

This is just wishful thinking. But if allowed I will focus on helping to increase the price of steem tokens.

Maybe one of them is by aggressively promoting steem to many people, so as to invite large investors who want to buy this token. Indirectly I think it gives a good influence to increase the value of steem.
